We are currently in the public beta phase of launching a new 8dio downloader app, which improves the download process and fixes a number of currently known issues. If you are interested in trying this new beta version, you can find a walkthrough video for it here:
The new downloader will appear on the "Downloader" tab of newer account pages. If your account page is still showing the old downloader*, you can use these links to download the new app:
*If you see 2 versions of the downloader for Mac on your account page, then it is showing the old downloader still. There is only one version of the new app for Mac.
