Our libraries do not show up within the Library Tab of Kontakt. You will need to load our libraries using the Files Tab or Kontakt's Quick-load Browser. However, in Kontakt 7, libraries can be added to the new browser. We have a separate guide for Kontakt 7's Library Browser here.
Libraries that show up within the Library Tab (With the Graphics on the Left Hand Side) are made for the Free Player Version of Kontakt 5 which we do not support. For libraries that require the Full Retail Version of Kontakt 5(6), they will need to be loaded using the Files Tab or the Quick-load Browser.
To access the Quick-load browser, you can right-click anywhere in the empty space of the instruments window (the right-hand side) of Kontakt. It can also be opened with the shortcut control-f (command-f on Mac) or from the Workspace Management menu in the top right corner of Kontakt. With the Quick-Load browser open, you can add and move folders and drag in instrument files from the Files tab of Kontakt, or from Windows Explorer/Mac Finder.
Make sure you only add Instrument (.nki) files or folders to the Quick-Load browser. Adding other files (samples, resources) can slow down Kontakt and cause it to perform sub-optimally. We also have a video guide for the Quick-Load browser here.
